You should have one anti-virus program, an anti-spyware program, a firewall, you should install the Windows Automatic Updates whenever they become available. If you can't afford to purchase antivirus software, you can download free anti-virus software for home use. Be careful with pop up windows that offer free virus or adware scans.

How can I prevent spam email?
Typically, putting your email address anywhere on the internet can make you prone to receiving spam mail. It's best to limit the amount of places where your email address can be available to anyone.

Why is my computer so slow?
There a couple of common problems that make a computer run slow.

1. Viruses or ad-ware on the computer.
